Who we are

Joany brodeur

Joany grew up and worked on a farm since she was very young. With a bachelor's degree, including a focus on administration, she has gained experience and skills in several areas (project management, human resources, fundraising). In 2010, she was able to get a closer look at organic farming with her parents by launching the organic basket project on the farm. Not quite ready to join the farm, she left the project to become the manager of the mentoring unit at the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce. Nine years later, with love, two children, and a desire to return to her roots, Joany and Martin decided to seize the opportunity to take over the oil mill division of the Moulin des Cèdres and make it a life project.

Martin Vallée

Originally from Sainte-Martine in Montérégie and with a father who is an entrepreneur in agricultural mechanics, Martin grew up in this environment without directly participating in it. With a bachelor's degree in computer science and over 20 years of experience in the field, the call of the nature and a balanced life led Martin to take the leap and experiment part-time for now in the world of organic farming and food processing. His skills in computing, management, and interest in innovation are important assets for the oil mill. Entrepreneur, farmer, partner, and father are all hats that Martin is proud to wear within the company
